John Stamper joined our team in 1991 with a wealth of experience, knowledge, skill, and creative flair. His vast experience brings new menus, exciting flavours, and colourful ingredients. All meals presented are under his watch, to ensure premium presentation and taste.
Having worked in some of Hamilton’s top hotels including The Holiday Inn Downtown, The Ramada Centre, and The Hamilton Convention Centre. He is viewed as a skilled manager, leader and chef who exudes confidence, kindness and quiet strength. John is particularly admired as a person who maintains his composure under the pressure of preparing different foods for multiple events on the same day. When asked about this his answer is invariably the same, “It’s all a matter of organization.”
